Jay + Christine / Dundurn Castle & AGH Wedding

Jay and Christine had a sunny and colourful wedding that took us around around all the prettiest parts of Hamilton. We began with their heartfelt and emotional private vows at Dundurn Castle where we were then joined by the rest of their wedding party. This photo location does get a lot of use, but man its European columns and baroque details never get old.

The ceremony occurred in the Art Gallery of Hamilton courtyard, with a cocktail hour to follow surrounded by the outdoor art. Thank goodness it was a long one, because I needed extra time to process the ART that was their reception set up. I mean, a hall of fame decor moment. Did you see that CAKE?

The reception was a beautiful mesh of their respective cultures, including Lebanese and Syrian traditions like a sword cake-cutting and Zeffe grand entrance (the best I’ve ever seen). I wish you could hear the the joy and music in these photos…if you focus hard, maybe you can.
