Sweet Abby and Sweet Lou, where do I even begin?? Having known these two as a couple well before they became clients, I knew our experience together would be as lovely as they are. Their wedding fell into that terrible little nook of the pandemic in the Spring of 2021 when everything temporarily shut down and they rapidly had to change their plans. Even after the rollercoaster of the previous year and knowing that reworking your wedding celebration is a major possibility, it doesn’t get less heartbreaking. But being the people they are, they persevered with their day despite the change in guest list size (complete with streaming of the ceremony to all their friends and relatives). Nothing was going to stop them.

Storehouse 408 in downtown Cambridge created the environment for a rustic/industrial ceremony, during which they read their heartfelt vows and had us all collectively “AWE”-ing internally. Afterwards we adventured around DT Cambridge (hello, whole limo to ourselves) and found some delightful hidden gems. Like, where did this dock come from? Muskoka vibes in Cambridge? Such a pleasant surprise. Shooting this lovey-dovey and unbelievably chic couple was a damn honour.

Also, I hereby announce: The ‘Most Stylish Groom Award 2021’ unanimously goes to Lou. He’s rocking a bolo tie and a mint suit for gods sake. It does NOT get cooler than that.
