Kelly + Dave / Winter A-Frame Cottage Elopement

My extremely rad and professional sassy-mouth friend Kelly eloped with her love Dave on a sunny February weekday, with just a couple of friends/siblings each standing by their side. If eloping is your style and off-season is your jam, look no further for proof of how stunning a winter celebration can be. I knew this day would be candid, easygoing, and full of laughter. Kelly is the founder and owner of the company ‘Pretty by Her’, which produces an assortment of local home good alongside other featured products in their store. The company has many claims to fame (women-led, equal pay, quality products, etc) but the most fun and popular aspect would be its sassy labels. Kelly designs the graphics for their candles, mugs, win bottles, etc, in an array of hilarious and relatable names. Additionally, her “wedding day” candle has been present at a few of my past client’s homes before their weddings. To see it featured at her own was a beautiful full circle moment. An honour to have photographed such a fun and sneaky surprise celebration!
