Urban Toronto Engagement / Mel + Dave

To create for a creator is one of the greatest honours there is. Mel (@melhwang) and Dave (@seedavedo) originally considered skipping an engagement session, because with nature of their work (taking photos of each other as a job!) they didn’t really need any more photos of themselves. But that’s not always what an engagement session is about - it’s even more so integral to the working relationship you have with your wedding photographer. Getting to know each other, as well as letting them in on your love story, dynamic, personalties, etc. I’m so glad I got the opportunity to get to know these two in real life outside of the gorgeous content they create together. Not only are they truly the loveliest people, but they are, quite obviously, a dream to shoot.
