Princess + Danny / Chic Drake Hotel and Bar Pompette Wedding

The chic micro wedding of my dreams (you’ll soon see why). P + D just did their wedding EXACTLY how they wanted. Right down to the scheduled nap break (a bride after my own heart!!). They infused all sorts of vintage-inspired touches throughout their day, even recreating a wedding photo of Danny parents in the vintage car. And to top it off, you already know my favourite thing about Toronto weddings….walking to work.

The couple got ready together (one of my favourite things) at The Drake Hotel and had their first look quietly in the lobby. We used the gorgeousness that is Queen Street West as their romantic portrait backdrop before heading over to Pompette for their micro ceremony and lunch reception. After the little nap break between the lunch reception and evening dinner (again, a QUEEN MOVE) we took nighttime photos utilising direct flash around The Drake to emulate a retro vibe. I was so honoured to be a part of such an intimate and fun celebration. And now to get together for cocktails ;)
