At-Home Toronto Engagement

There are few things I love more than neighbourhood engagement sessions. Especially if they’re in a neighbourhood I personally love myself.

Fara + Cal came so prepared to stun at their engagement shoot around the Junction area of Toronto. (If this is her engagement dress, I can only image the wedding day). We strutted into the Ladybug Tacvern where the couple often frequents on date nights, and it would be rude of them NOT to have a dirty martini and a Guiness, naturally. I was also informed that tequila shots are simply a non-negotiable in Fara’s family, and that I may have to be prepared to accept one on the wedding day. If I have to fall on that sword, I will. Then they showed me how it's done, of course.

After a change back at their beautiful home into comfier clothes, we took their dog for a walk and then cozied up on their porch. Sun drenched and full of lush greenery, there was no question why capturing them in the home they’ve build would be the perfect way to top off their session.
